What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Do I need to register to order? Yes. To process an order we need basic information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email, and your credit card number. Do you have any catalogs? No, we do not maintain printed catalogs. With the frequency that we update our product offerings, and in order to keep our prices low, we only offer products that are in stock and immediately available, which wouldn't be possible with a printed catalog. Regardless, we're confident you'll find our online shop far easier and enjoyable to shop from anyways.

Are there other ways to order besides ordering online? No, currently we only accept online orders. Because of the real-time nature of our product offering and inventory levels, we can only accept orders via the web.

Can I buy any of this stuff at a local shop? Yes. We encourage you to support your local retailers. Spoon Fed has an extensive distribution network of Authorized Dealers for most of the products available on this site. You can find an authorized retailer nearest you by using our STORE LOCATOR.
If you're unsuccessful finding an Authorized Dealer in your area, you can either go to your favorite local shop and plead that they start carrying our products, or simply purchase the item you want, hassle-free, here at www.spnfd.com

How do I check on my order?
When you make a purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details, as well as several handy link to help you stay informed on the status of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, youll receive a follow up email informing you of the change in order status, along with tracking information that will allow you to pin point exactly where your order is while in transit. Further, you can also view your order details, as well as track recent orders you've placed with us by signing in and viewing your account. Within your ACCOUNT, you'll find links to several helpful tools, including a link to your order history which allows you to view your order's status, as well as track your package once it's been shipped.

Can I return or exchange something I ordered?
We make every effort to offer only the very best selection and quality of merchandise, and therefore, allow most products we sell to be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery at full credit. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If in the event that something is not what you we're expecting, or is defective, you may return it according to the rules below:
- Clothing items must be obviously unworn and unwashed; New condition with original hangtags attached.
- Any other form of recorded music or media must still be factory sealed in it's original plastic wrap and/or show no signs of use.
- All items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and fully intact.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
If you'd like to return an item, you must let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number for the item you'd like to return. Further, all return items must be sent back to us within 15 days of your receipt of the order or no credit or refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to these regulations.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or an exchange credit within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund/credit.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do? Occassionally, UPS accidently mishandles packages. If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please have the delivery person notate their records before signing for the package, or notify UPS immediately upon discovery of any damage by calling 1-800-742-8477. Once you've notified UPS, please contact us, and we'll work with them to file a claim and resolve the incident, as well as replace your damaged goods, or issue a credit or refund in the event that a replacement is unavailable.

I never received my order, what should I do? Although very rare, packages do sometimes get lost in transit. If you happen to be one of those unlucky few, we will replace or refund your order at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, we cannot be held responsible, and it will be up to you to dispute delivery with UPS by calling 1-800-742-8477.

This site was designed to be as standards compliant as possible, however, if you experience any weird issues in viewing this site, please make sure and upgrade to the most recent version of your preferred browser (most web browsers are a free download).
